About Us

Two operators who've been in the weeds with early-stage teams.

Why We Started This

We've both spent years inside startups building products, shipping features, and helping teams get unstuck. What we kept seeing was the same pattern:

Product strategy and delivery execution rarely live in the same room.

Some teams have brilliant product thinkers who can't get things shipped. Others have disciplined engineers building fast with no clear direction. Most founders are stuck doing both themselves, which means neither gets done well.

We built SudoPM to bring both disciplines together, giving early-stage teams the combined product and project management muscle they need to ship with confidence.

Product Strategy|travis@sudopm.com

A product leader with over a decade of experience across fintech, crypto infrastructure, and early-stage startups, Travis brings a builder's mindset to product strategy and roadmap execution. He's helped founding teams at companies like Kadena, Prizeout, and Rukkus navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and ship products that move the needle.

The best product work happens when strategy and execution aren't separate conversations, so I've spent my career working to ensure they aren't.
